Susan Slomback, Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Slomback is a visionary executive and entrepreneurial strategist with a proven track record of delivering high-impact, sustainable solutions across global markets. With extensive experience in South and Central Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, she transforms ambitious ideas into scalable strategies. Known for her expertise in international development and private sector engagement, she has led multi-million-dollar programs focused on market competitiveness, inclusive growth, and client-centric systems. Her leadership blends strategic vision with operational excellence, fostering cross-sector partnerships and driving systemic change. She holds a Master’s degree from the School of International Service at American University in Washington, D.C.
Manzar Sanpal, Director Outsourcing Services
Manzar is a Chartered Accountant & GCC VAT Professional. He started his career working with KPMG. He has over 14 years’ experience, of which 8 years had been spent working in the Middle East region. A skilled financial analyst, possesses extensive grasp of corporate financial planning, taxation, reporting and budgeting, treasury, cash management, financial drivers, risk management and corporate governance. He also has expertise in auditing, internal control, corporate compliance, financial management reporting, financial analysis, treasury management and process change management. His tax and advisory experience includes accounting and transaction advisory services, including due diligence reviews, feasibility studies, valuations, financial and operational consulting assignments, IFRS technical assistance, and dealing with complex accounting and special audits.
Saqib Ashfaq, Director Freight Outsourcing Services
Saqib started his career in 2005 with PwC. While in PwC, he worked for various functions such as Audit, Risk advisory, Transaction advisory and Taxation where he served clients in various sectors such as Banking, Manufacturing, Mutual Funds, Asset management and also worked with Regulators. Later, he joined Maersk Group, which runs one of the largest shipping companies around the world and has a prestigious freight forwarding platform where he served various senior management positions and rotated between Finance, Customer Services, Operations and Value-added services. This was a rich experience where he delivered various assignments in international trade, freight management demand & supply planning, international Finance, compliance, claims and litigation, fraud investigation and inland operations. Many projects were assigned to him worth millions of dollars that he successfully delivered through his strong focus and leadership skills.
Mohammad Sharoz, Manager Accounting Outsourcing
Mohammad Sharoz Khan is a Chartered Accountant with diverse experience across auditing, taxation, and financial consultancy. As a Manager at LMKG Chartered Accountants in the UAE, he oversees audits, prepares financial statements, and provides VAT and tax advisory across industries including oil & gas, retail, and real estate. Previously, he worked at Riaz Ahmad & Co., where he led audits, managed regulatory compliance, and supported financial reviews for NGOs, financial institutions, and manufacturing firms. Sharoz also handled international clients in the UK, US, and Latvia, managing accounts, VAT filings, and budgeting. He holds a Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance from the University of Northampton and is skilled in tools like Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks, and MS Office. His leadership, problem-solving skills, and ethical approach make him a valuable asset in financial consulting and assurance.
Muntazir Mehdi, Assistant Manager Accounting Outsourcing
Muntazir Mehdi is an aspiring ACCA professional with over four years of experience in accounting, VAT consultancy, and ERP system implementation. Currently working at LMKG Chartered Accountants in Dubai, he manages transaction recording, reconciliations, VAT returns, and corporate tax registration for over 100 companies. He prepares financial statements, handles AP/AR, supports audits, and maintains compliance with International Accounting Standards (IAS). Previously at Zahid Jamil & Co., he contributed to ERP setup and financial structuring. Skilled in QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, Zoho Books, and other platforms, Muntazir is committed to building a globally competent career in accounting and finance. He holds a merit certificate in Financial Accounting (F3) from ACCA and has completed intermediate commerce education.
Hammad Hassan, Manager Assurance Outsourcing
Hammad Hassan is a dedicated finance professional currently working as an Associate Financial Consultant at LMKG Management Consultancy in Dubai. He manages client portfolios across various industries, handling bookkeeping, VAT compliance, corporate tax registration, and financial reporting. He has supported audit processes, streamlined financial systems, and contributed to the firm’s content on corporate taxation. Previously, as a Trainee Auditor at Akhtar and Co., he conducted audits for clients including Hino Motors and NGOs, focusing on regulatory compliance and financial integrity. Hammad is pursuing ACCA and holds a First-Class Honours degree in Business Studies from the University of West London. He brings strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to every engagement.
Mohammad Arqum, Manager Technology Solutions
Mohammad Arqum is a Chartered Accountant with nearly four years of experience in statutory audits, interim reviews, and regulatory compliance. Currently an Assistant Manager at LMKG Chartered Accountants (Dubai, Remote), he leads audit engagements, ensures IFRS compliance, and assists in tax reconciliations. Previously at Riaz Ahmad & Company, he conducted end-to-end audits under ISA, assessed internal controls, and advised clients on financial reporting. He holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of the Punjab and an ACA designation from ICAP. Proficient in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, and Xero, Mohammad combines technical knowledge with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to deliver high-quality results.
